Product Description
IsoAcoustics GAIA 1s provide improved sound clarity and openness for floor standing speakers and subwoofers weighing 100kg or less.
GAIA I isolators are finished with a machined stainless steel housing with an elegant dark chrome finish. Incorporating IsoAcoustics patented design principles, the GAIA I provides a high degree of isolation while resisting lateral movement and oscillations to maintain alignment with the listening position. Internal reflections from the hard-supporting surface are attenuated resulting in greater sound clarity and openness. The GAIA I will reveal clarity and openness from your speakers like you’ve never heard.
The sound stage blossoms to open up a three-dimensional image of natural, spatial sound.
“Install IsoAcoustics GAIAs, replacing whatever footers your speakers came with. In every instance I'm familiar with, the GAIAs produced a marked improvement in overall clarity…” - Robert Deutsch, Stereophile's Editors' Choices of 2018.
The GAIA’s are threaded into the base of the speaker or subwoofer to replace the existing spikes or feet. Threading the GAIAs into the base of the speaker creates a strong connection with the speaker. With the top of the GAIA housing connected with the speaker and the bottom of the GAIA connected to the supporting surface, all of the energy is then managed by the GAIA’s internal isolator.
The GAIA I includes thread adaptors for sizes M8-1.25, M12-1.25 and ¼”-20. Alternative thread size adaptors are available upon request.
“Installing the GAIA isolators on my KEF Blades gave the biggest improvement in sound I have ever heard on the system. Better than changing cables or electronics, the noise floor was lower, the focus was better, and the bass went deeper. All around a total success.” - Harry Weisfeld, VPI Industries Turntables.
Designed for floor standing speakers and subwoofers with a maximum weight of 100kg.
