Shipping:

What are your shipping costs?

Many of our products ship at no charge (see each product listing). For everything else we use a shipping calculator provided by Australia Post. We only ship at (or below) cost, there is no marking up. As a rough guide, a single order will cost around $9 posted for parts and cables. You can confirm actual shipping costs before making payment by going to the checkout section and entering your postal details. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Some of our products are in stock and will ship the same or next working day, so delivery time is usually 3-4 working days East Coast, 4-5 Central, and 5-7 Western Australia. If a product is not in stock but is at a supplier, please allow 2 days on top of this. If an item needs to be backordered from overseas we will notify you of this and of the expected delivery date.

How can I pay?

We currently accept Direct Deposit (bank transfer), Credit Card and Paypal (you can use a credit card here too). PayPal now offers a split payment system to (much like Afterpay) called PayPal 4. Note we will no longer accept orders where the addresses provided do not match the PayPal address. Residential, Payment and Ship To must all match. Payer status must be: Verified. Address status must be: Confirmed.

How do you ship?

We ship all small online orders via Australia Post. When your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent to you. For larger items we use a courier service (so you will need to be at work/home between 9-5 for delivery).

International Orders

We happily ship our Krispy Kables cables worldwide. For speakers and components please contact your local retailer to purchase. The only exception is if the component is not already represented in that country and if so, please contact us for shipping quotes. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for overseas if supply, logistics or costs are prohibitive. Items marked as "free shipping" or "fixed shipping" only apply to Australia, please contact us for an international quote on shipping for any of our products. 

Returns and Refunds:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We comply with Australian Consumer Law with regards to this matter. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us so we can direct you as to how to return it. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included and in as-new condition. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted and second-hand items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom-ordered products will be repaired if faulty but cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting these criteria.

Additional Information:

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning if unable to bring into the store.
  • A restocking fee may be applicable for some limited-demand items.
  • Missing or damaged items in transit to us should be insured if of significant value.
  • We will attend to any returns within five business days and advise of the best remedy during that time.
