All you need to do is call, email or text us. We'll then organise a time for you to relinquish your old cartridge in our store, or you can post it to Krispy Audio, PO Box 82, Berowra Heights NSW 2082. Upon receipt you'll be issued a single use discount code for a new Ortofon MC cartridge, or the discount will be applied instantly in-store.

Please note some stock is available in store, the majority of stock up to the "Exclusive" range is at the supplier (so approx a week to order), or in a handful of cases it will need to be ordered and air-freighted from Ortofon in Denmark. You'll be notified of this and the ETA upon order.
