Built-In Noise-Reduction Filters Provide Power Conditioning to Amps and Source Components, No Burn-In Needed: Shunyata Delta NR Power Cords Offer Groundbreaking Price-to-Performance Value.
Any length available (standard is 1.75m), and in standard C15 IEC termination, or the 20A C19 plug type (some power conditioners and high output power amplifiers).
Shunyata's price-to-performance-leading Delta noise-reducing (NR) power cords continue the company's relentless quest to find and implement cutting-edge, science-based technology in the name of great sound. Tailor-made for amplifiers and source gear, and distinguished with an "NR" designation, 10-gauge Delta NR cords incorporate on-board CCI noise-reduction filters that simultaneously help defeat both analog and digital noise – and which provide power conditioning to each individual component. This is an unprecedented achievement. Equally important, Delta Series also tout Shunyata's Kinetic Phase Inversion Process (KPIP) – a groundbreaking conditioning process that not only eliminates the need for time-consuming burn-in on your end but elevates the overall fidelity of your system. You will experience more detail, harmonic depth, and dynamic subtlety when listening to music with Delta NR in your setup. And you won't have to wait hours for it to happen. Delta NR is ready to go out of the box.
Building on the construction of Shunyata's Venom Series, Delta NR cables are comprised of ultra-pure OFE copper woven into proprietary VTX hollow-core conductors linked to CopperCONN connectors. The latter contain pure copper contacts that claim higher conductivity principles than the common plated brass and bronze contacts found in almost every other cable at this cost. Advanced fluorocarbon dielectrics and sonic welding that mitigates junction points round out a cable whose noise-reduction capabilities can actually be measured. Hear the difference for yourself.
KPIP (Kinetic Phase Inversion Process)
Shunyata founder Caelin Gabriel developed KPIP after years of research into the underlying causes of various effects such as burn-in, wire directionality, and cryogenic treatment. He discovered an underlying core principle that burn-in and cryogenics only partially addressed. Once the governing principle was understood, it became possible to create a processing technique and machine that could virtually eliminate the need for burn-in and cryogenic treatment.
Many audiophile grade connectors are made from brass or bronze. Wile some may get a plating of silver, gold, or rhodium, the majority of the current is carried by the contact's base metal. CopperCONN connectors are with pure copper contacts, which have much higher conductivity that brass. The difference is clearly audible.
Highest-Purity Copper for Supreme Conductivity
OFE Alloy 101, or C10100, is the highest grade of copper, with a minimum 99.99% purity and a conductivity rating of 101% IACS. OFE stands for oxygen-free electrolytic and supersedes the term OFHC (oxygen-free high conductivity). C10100 is the only grade of copper that comes with a written certification of purity.

Installing two Shunyata Delta NR power cables for my Esoteric K-05X and I-05 Integrated was a very smart move. Adding these to my Shunyata Alpha cable loom put the "icing" on my system's performance. If you trial this cable in your system you will not be disappointed; one of the finest power cords I have ever used. Price versus performance...no contest!
